In order to comply with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform the user of our data:

Purpose

The provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations established in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website about the conditions of use of the site. Anyone who accesses this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provision. The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without the obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such obligations, with publication on the provider’s website being understood as sufficient.

Liability

The provider disclaims any type of liability arising from the information published on its website, provided that such information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it. The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the proper functioning and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are, in any case, temporary in nature with the sole purpose of making their subsequent transmission more efficient and disappear at the end of the user’s session. Under no circumstances will cookies be used to collect personal information. (Cookie Policy) From the client’s website, it is possible to be redirected to third-party website content. Since the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it does not assume any responsibility regarding such content. In any case, the provider states that it will proceed to the immediate removal of any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality, or public order, proceeding to the immediate removal of the redirection to said website and informing the competent authorities of the content in question. The provider is not responsible for the information and content stored, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks, or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website. However, and in compliance with the provisions of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider is at the disposal of all users, authorities, and law enforcement agencies, actively collaborating in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, or morality and public order. In the event that a user considers that there is any content on the website that could be classified as such, they are requested to notify the website administrator immediately. This website has been reviewed and tested to work correctly. In principle, proper operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or events of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, the designs, logos, text, and/or graphics are the property of the provider or, where applicable, have a license or express authorization from the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property laws, as well as registered in the corresponding public registries. Regardless of the intended purpose, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization of the content requires prior written authorization from the provider in all cases. Any unauthorized use by the provider will be considered a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights. The designs, logos, text, and/or graphics not belonging to the provider and that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any possible dispute that may arise regarding them. In any case, the provider has the express and prior authorization from them. The provider EXPRESSLY DOES NOT AUTHORIZE third parties to redirect directly to specific contents of the website; in all cases, they must redirect to the main page of the provider’s website. The provider recognizes, in favor of their holders, the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, and their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply any rights or responsibility on the part of the provider over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the provider. To make any observations regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as about any of the website’s content, you may do so via the email address listed in the identification data at the beginning of this document.

Accuracy of the Information

All information provided by the User must be truthful. To this effect, the User guarantees the authenticity of the data provided through the forms for the subscription of the Services. It is the User’s responsibility to keep all the information provided to the Company permanently updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to their actual situation. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to the provider or third parties.

Minors

To use the services, minors must always obtain prior consent from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all acts carried out by the minors under their care. The responsibility for determining specific content accessed by minors lies with them; therefore, if minors access inappropriate content on the Internet, mechanisms must be set up on their computers, in particular software, filters, and blocks, to limit the available content. Although these are not infallible, they are especially useful for controlling and restricting the materials that minors can access.

Obligation to Make Proper Use of the Website

The User agrees to use the website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with morality and good customs. To this end, the User will refrain from using the page for illegal or prohibited purposes, or for purposes harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or impede the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files, and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment of the provider. In particular, and by way of example but not limitation, the User agrees not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material that: (a) is contrary to, disregards or infringes upon fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized constitutionally, in international treaties, and in other current regulations; (b) induces, incites or promotes criminal, slanderous, defamatory, violent actions or, in general, actions contrary to the law, morality and public order; (c) induces, incites or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes or thoughts based on gender, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition; (d) is contrary to the right to honor, personal or family privacy, or the image of individuals; (e) in any way harms the credibility of the provider or third parties; and (f) constitutes unlawful, misleading, or unfair advertising.
